Profile

Syed SAQLINE

PhD Student

Syed Saqline attained his B.E. (Chemical Engineering) in 2018 from MSRIT, Bangalore, India. He has submitted his PhD thesis under the supervision of Asst Prof. Liu Wen Paul from NTU.

His research primarily focuses on developing chemical looping technologies for carbon capture and energy conversion. Using process simulation and modeling, Syed's work has been at the nexus of integrating chemical looping to novel power generation cycles. Syed has also formulated low cost oxygen carriers to be used in chemical looping combustion of fuels.
