Profile

Dr Erika LORENZ-CALDERON

Senior Research Fellow

Dr Erika Lorenz-Calderon is a chemical engineer. She holds a PhD in environmental electrochemistry in wastewater treatment from the EPF Lausanne, Switzerland and a postdoc in solar cells from the University of Milan Bicocca in Italy. She has worked in several European research institutes like Institute of Photovoltaics at the University of Stuttgart, and Fraunhofer Institute in Germany. Finally, she has recently finished her studies in business sustainability management from the University of Cambridge.

Erika was a Senior Research Fellow at CARES in 2021 with Professor Paul Liu as her PI under the C4T Emerging Opportunities Fund
