Iffah is a recent graduate of the National University of Singapore, where she earned a Bachelor of Social Sciences (Communications and New Media) with Highest Distinction.

She brings experience in communications and digital strategy, having worked on campaigns and social media content across various platforms. She also has hands-on experience in events management, supporting engagement initiatives and public-facing programmes.

A standout highlight of her communications journey was kickstarting President Tharman Shanmugaratnam’s Instagram and TikTok accounts during the Singapore Presidential Campaign.
