Research Assistant

Ms Janet TAN Jia Yuan joined CLIC’s Neuroimaging workgroup in August 2022 upon graduation as the Research Assistant. Prior to joining as a full-time staff, Janet was a student research assistant under CLIC’s Neuroimaging workgroup and mainly assisted in WP0.2 data collection. Janet graduated from Nanyang Technological University (NTU) with a Double Major in Biological Sciences and Psychology (Honours with Distinction). In her final year project, she employed functional near-infrared spectroscopy as a neuroimaging technique to examine neural synchrony during dyadic role-play. Presently, her daily role involves managing and overseeing the recruitment and data collection for CLIC’s Neuroimaging workgroup. She is also involved in the analyses of WP0.2 behavioural data and image quality check for WP0. imaging data.
