Mingchuan TIAN obtained his Bachelor's degree in Data Science with a double major of Computer Science from the University of Western Australia in 2021, followed by a Master of Science degree in Artificial Intelligence from Nanyang Technological University in 2023. He joined CARES in 2023 as a Software Developer.
