Xu TANG

PhD Student

Xu Tang, a second-year PhD student in Architecture at Cambridge, holds a B.E. in Architecture from China and a Master’s from RMIT, where he earned Design Excellence awards and had his graduation project featured in an emerging architects publication. Previously, he worked as a Research Assistant at HKU, focusing on public health, building simulation, and generative design. His research combines computational design, optimization, AI to address challenges in climate change, built environment analysis, and public health.
