Dr Chuen Wen TAN
Principal Investigator
Dr Tan Chuen Wen is a consultant with the Department of Haematology, Singapore General Hospital. Dr Tan graduated from The National University of Ireland in 2007. He completed his internal medicine and haematology training in Singapore. His subspeciality interest is in the area of thrombosis and haemostasis, in particular platelet disorders. He was awarded the Health Manpower Development Program (HMDP) award to further his research in platelet disorders at the ANZAC Research Institute, University of Sydney. He was awarded the Nurturing Clinician Scientist Scheme – CIV Award in recognition of his developing research field. Dr Tan is also a committed educator and serves core faculty for the haematology senior residency programme.
