Dr Hao SHI

Research Fellow

Dr Hao Shi is currently a Research Fellow working on the HYCOMBS project at CARES with Tohuku University. He obtained his Ph.D. of mechanical engineering from King Abdullah University of Science and Technology (KAUST) in 2022. Following this, he joined Prof. Agustin's group as a postdoc at Cardiff University. That same year, he was awarded a research fellowship by the Alexander von Humboldt Foundation and has been conducting research at the RSM, TU Darmstadt, Germany since 2023. His research interests encompass ammonia/hydrogen combustion, renewable energy, engine combustion, and optical diagnostics.
