Assoc Prof Deidre Anne DE SILVA

Assoc Prof Deidre De Silva is a Senior Consultant Neurologist at NNI@SGH. She leads the NNI Stroke and Cerbrovascular Programme and is co-chair of the NNI innovation committee. She is director of special projects with the SGH research office and Programme Director of the Duke-NUS Clinician-Investigator Development Programme (CIVDP). She currently serves as the Secretary of the World Stroke Organisation.
As a clinical neurologist with subspecialty interest in stroke. Her research interests are in ischaemic stroke, health services and population research, and global health studies. Her education interests include inter-professional education in stroke and research mentorship.
