Perman JORAYEV

PhD Student

Perman has completed his bachelor’s degree in Chemistry and Chemical & Biomolecular Engineering at Korea Advanced Institute of Science and Technology (KAIST), where he has worked on developing fluorescent molecules for nerve agent detection. As an undergraduate student, Perman worked on live cell imaging and crude-oil upgrading projects at EPFL, Switzerland and MIT, USA, respectively. He was working on accelerating process development by utilising automated experimentation tools and machine learning algorithms.
