Natalie Philyra HOO

Research Assistant

Ms Natalie Philyra Hoo joined the CLIC Cognition team in June 2022 after completing her Bachelor of Social Sciences at Singapore Management University. Natalie had previously worked in A*STAR for a year and half under the project "Mapping Antenatal Maternal Stress (MAMS)" where she was involved in the recruitment, handled testing of subjects using wet EEG caps and conducted Skin Prick Tests on 6-month-old infants. Her work on understanding maternal stress during pregnancy and the potential outcomes on child development sparked Natalie's interest in infants’ development and her current focus on the development of early executive function skills.

She is currently working under the supervision of Assoc Prof Victoria Leong and assists Assoc Prof Leong in her BabyLINC lab.
